TBTIDIGTW #2

I'm always trying to recreate my old LAN house days.  There was one in my town that became my "cheers" basically.  Everyone knew my name, and we became great friends that would play games together.  The one game that we played more than any other was Counter Strike 1.3.  We had a blast fragging each other and at times goofing off.  There was no pressure, we just had fun.  I'm really happy that Counter Strike: Global Offensive has been able to bring that back for me.  The best thing I did in gaming this week was to get about 20 random internet strangers to give up trying to win and do something random in CS:GO.

Knife Fights>objectives

We were playing the map Nuke.  On the terrorist side of the map is an open box truck that players can get into. I told everyone to get into the truck as our strategy that round, and my entire team did it.  The thing is this was in casual match making, not ranked.  In CS:GO the are no team voice comms in casual games.  Everyone heard me tell my team to get in the truck, including the other team.  They didn't think we were doing it at first as it took a long time for them to get to us.  When they did it was chaos, glorious, non-objective based chaos.  We lost that first round, but ended up winning a couple after that using the same strategy.  Soon it evolved into knives only and that is when I thought to start recording.  We did two full matches with knives only, kicking people who used guns.  It was great to have just some flat out unorganized fun.  Here is the video of the knife fights.

What was your TBTIDIGTW?
So what epic thing did you do in gaming this week?  Let me know in the comments!
